I have successfully walked a path from Inflight Supervisor, International Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Engagement & Development Specialist to becoming a founder and manager of my own business the Next Step.
I’m a master qualified Corporate HR Specialist & Certified Results Coach. An aviation geek ✈ and crazy animal lover. I am also an Entrepreneur and supporter of DIY crafts (I have built most of my house furniture). I have lived and worked in seven countries (Dubai, Iraq, Germany, Spain…) and most importantly, I have created a career and a lifestyle I always wanted.

After 13 yrs. in aviation, I went through redundancy and though life was over. But once I figured out how to align my personality, skills and values to the ideal career / life options for me, the magic of me happened or simply said life and career decisions became very simple.
